Cultural diplomacy contributes to implementing positive policies and proactive international integration

DOI: 10.70786/PTJ.V39.3471 (PTOJ) - In the process of international integration, cultural diplomacy plays an important role. Cultural diplomacy is promoted as "soft power" and "soft force" in protecting national interests and enhancing position in the international arena. Along with political diplomacy and economic diplomacy, cultural diplomacy is identified by the Party and State as one of the three pillars of Vietnamese diplomacy. In recent times, cultural diplomacy has played a positive role in the cause of building and protecting the country and contributing to creating national synergy to build a socialist Vietnam.
