(PTOJ) - In accordance with directives from the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and guidelines from the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies, and subordinate party organizations under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Party Committee are convening their 2025-2030 term congresses. These precede the 15th Academy Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress. Professor, Dr. NGUYEN XUAN THANG, Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party Committee, President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, and Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, has authored a directive guiding the Academy's Party congresses at all levels. The Political Theory Journal is honored to introduce this significant directive.

DOI: 10.70786/PTJ.V42.1682 (PTOJ) - In Ho Chi Minh Thought, the characteristics of Party’s ethics building include: humanism, practicality, comprehensiveness, unity, and practice. These characteristics have a unified relationship, complement each other, and are implemented together under the principles: Talk goes together with action, building goes together with fighting, cultivating ethics throughout life, and building and implementing a good ethical example. President Ho Chi Minh himself was a model in both practicing the ethics of party members and building the ethics of the Party. The article is the result of research by the national science and technology project code KX.02.11/21-25.
