Completing the mechanism for controlling executive power under the conditions of a single party in Vietnam
DOI: 10.70786/PTJ.V42.7172 (PTOJ) - Completing the mechanism of controlling executive power (MCEP) is one of the crucial aspects in the process of building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam led by the Communist Party of Vietnam. During the process of State building, this mechanism has been gradually improved, making an important contribution to promoting socialist democracy. This article clarifies the necessity and content of perfecting MCEP in the context of the single-party system in Vietnam today. This article is the result of research on the project code KX.04.09/21-25.

Awareness, policy and implementation of human rights in Vietnam
DOI: 10.70786/PTJ.V40.3667(PTOJ) - Human rights are a universal value and a political category deeply associated with class. Reality proves that the revolutionary cause led by the Communist Party of Vietnam is the process of establishing and enforcing human rights based on a new perspective and approach to humanity. Up to now, all policies and guidelines of the Party, policies, and laws of the State of Vietnam have identified people as both the driving force and the goal of development. Vietnam is implementing human rights in a practical way and contributing to shaping a new understanding of humanity. This article contributes to providing scientific arguments to fight against wrong and hostile views and protect the ideological foundation of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Development of the Party’s theory on the direction of building socialism in the renovation period
DOI: 10.70786/PTJ.V40.1631 (PTOJ) - After nearly 40 years of renovation, our Party’s theory on the direction of building socialism and the path to socialism has developed dramatically. In particular, the relationship between the path and direction expressing the specific characteristics of the socialist society through each Congress has been increasingly clarified. Along with resolving the relationship, major measures have been clearly defined to gradually realize the socialist social values that our people are building. This article is the research results from participating in Project KX.04.01/20-25.
