DOI: 10.70786/PTJ.V42.5696 (PTOJ) - President Ho Chi Minh was very successful in consistently, creatively applying and developing Marxism - Leninism in the context of Vietnam. During the renovation process, our Party affirmed that Marxism - Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought are the ideological foundation and guiding principles for the Party's actions and the Vietnamese revolution. The current global and domestic situation present many new problems that require theoretical solutions to promote renovation and development. Therefore, it is necessary to thoroughly grasp the basic viewpoints in researching, creatively applying, and developing Ho Chi Minh Thought.
