(LLCT) - At present, the corruption circumstance and the ideological, moral, lifestyle degeneration of a not so small number of cadres and Party members still remain serious, resulting in a bad effect on the people's trust in the Party's leadership. In order to lead country achieving a fast and sustainable development, the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) must truly represent for brainpower, conscience and morality; the Party must ensure consensus and solidarity among the entire people.
